This exciting community-wide raffle gives 100% of the proceeds from every ticket directly to the nonprofit that sells them. That means when you purchase your ticket from Altrusa Tucson, every dollar supports the wide range of programs we lead right here in Southern Arizona.
Where Your Donation Goes
The Altrusa International Foundation of Tucson, Inc. is the nonprofit fundraising arm of Altrusa International of Tucson, a service organization dedicated to literacy, education, and community enrichment. Funds raised through the Jim Click Raffle help sustain:
The Young Authors Contest – Our signature literacy program that celebrates student creativity and publishes winning stories in an annual anthology
Scholarships – For students at the University of Arizona and Pima Community College
Steve Daru Boys and Girls Club – Providing resources and support to young people in our community
Libraries for the World – A global literacy initiative that helps build and stock libraries in underserved communities
Tully Elementary Preschool Library & Enrichment Projects – Supporting early literacy with books and educational programming
Days for Girls & Military Family Projects – Helping meet hygiene needs for women and girls and showing appreciation for our armed forces and their families
